Online Remote Support - The Most Economical Kind of Customer Support
With the introduction of standard software, all companies have saved considerable costs for in-house development of programmes, combined with the reduction of future risks (staff turnover and thus loss of knowledge, new information technology, constant expansion of performance, etc.).

Scope of services (Online Remote Support)
We assume responsibility for and carry out the continuous updating of the software products supplied by us
- by regularly importing releases,
- by installing a new version.
We support the adequately trained end user in all situations where they need assistance
- in the event of uncertainties arising in the daily use of our products
- in the brief explanation of rarely used technical contexts
- in the setting of the system configuration
- in the first-time use of unfamiliar functions that have been installed with a new release.
Technical requirements for ORS
The following forms of communication are required for the ORS services described:
- Access to the company network or to a computer via which the ORS workstation and the AHP programs can be accessed.
- Availability of a remote control program to synchronise the customer user workstation with that of the support employee at AHP. (Program provided by AHP: TeamViewer via an Internet connection).
- Administrative DB authorisation for the iQ-BASIS database.
- Write authorisation for iQ-BASIS programme directories.
Telephone support
Complementing ORS AHP offers a pure telephone support (TS), too. This kind of support also includes support of the trained end user as far as it is possible due to the limitations of a telephone call.
Support times and availablitiy
AHP offers support on German work days between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Companies with sites having their working times outside of this time frame are supported anyway after clearance with AHP.
