Software Care - Progress guaranteed

The software care contract guarantees the continuous improvement in quality assurance. We publish a new version approximately once a year. Either you install the software yourself or we do it for you within in the scope of the Online Remote Supports.

The customer is integrated in the development of iQ-Basis. We register all customer suggestions. Approximately six months before delivering the next version we send the suggestions for product enhancements to all interested customers. In case of further recommendations we try to regard them in the current version.

The costs for the software care contract are 12% of the license volume. Except for the first year where it is paid pro-rata the amount is invoiced at the beginning of each new year.
